In 1945, Germany surrendered and World War II ended. The remaining Atlantic Wall fell into disrepair.

The Atlantic Wall was the name given to the fortification built by Nazi Germany along the coast of northwestern Europe in the latter stages of the Second World War. The project began in early 1942 and was largely completed by the fall of 1944.

The German army has taken charge of the coastline between West Germany and France, in order to defend the country against possible enemy invasion. That’s led to new coastal defences in some areas, while some former municipalities have become part of while some former municipalities have become part of the new German coastal defence system already.

The Atlantic Wall was a defense line comprised of a series of fortifications and military infrastructure along the coast of France.

NO problem. Those bunkers were used to imprison and interrogate British prisoners of war after their incarceration was complete.
